How far in advance should I book my rentals?
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weekends, holidays, and busy event seasons. Early booking helps ensure your preferred rental items are available.
What types of events do you serve?
We provide rentals for birthdays, weddings, baby showers, bridal showers, graduations, anniversaries, engagement parties, corporate events, church events, school events, holiday parties, family gatherings, and many other private celebrations.
What rental items do you offer?
Our inventory includes luxury throne chairs, a 360° photo booth, a champagne wall, tablecloths, chair covers, chair sashes, cocktail table covers, a portable rolling cooler, a metal ice bucket, a Happy Birthday neon sign, and other event essentials. We continue to expand our rental collection.
Do you deliver and pick up the rental equipment?
Yes. Delivery and pickup services are available based on your location and rental order. Additional delivery fees may apply.
Do you offer setup and breakdown services?
Yes. Setup and breakdown are available for selected rental items. Please ask about these services when requesting your quote.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes. A deposit is required to reserve your rental items and secure your event date. The remaining balance is due before or on the day of your event, depending on your rental agreement.
Can I reserve equipment for multiple days?
Yes. Multi-day rentals are available based on availability. Let us know your event schedule, and we'll provide the best rental option.
Are your rental items cleaned before each event?
Absolutely. Every rental item is carefully cleaned, inspected, and prepared before it is delivered to ensure it arrives in excellent condition.
Can I make changes to my reservation?
Yes. If you need to add or remove rental items, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability.
What happens if a rental item is damaged or lost?
Customers are responsible for rental items during the rental period. Any damaged or missing items may result in additional charges as outlined in the rental agreement.
Do you provide services outside of New Jersey?
Our primary service area is New Jersey. For events outside our regular service area, please contact us to discuss availability and travel fees.
